At PT clothings, we take pride in quality of every piece we create. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
The original PT logo, branding, tags, and labels must be intact and attached. Items with removed, altered, or damaged logos/tags are not eligible for exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred size or item is unavailable, store credit may be offered.
Sale, clearance, customized, or final sale items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within the 30-day exchange window if you believe your item qualifies for an exchange.
